Anna graduated from The University of Lincolnshire and Humberside with an honours degree in Fine Art in 1996. She also gained a post graduate certificate of education in 2003, and worked as an art teacher for several years in the West Midlands and Lancashire and also produced digital imagery for a number of publications and exhibitions both nationally and internationally. In 2009 a residency at The University of Central Lancashire allowed her to develop her designs in metal, and she has been working full time as a professional jeweller ever since.
Themes for Anna’s work includes plants and animals with particular focus on those indigenous to the British Isles, and her style is immediately recognisable due to the spiralling pattern work that coils, spins and flows throughout her many of her designs.
