'Moonchasers' triple hare pendant with rotating moon.

This triple hare pendant is made from solid sterling silver and has a rotating moon feature at its centre. The triple hare motif is rich in symbolism, often associated with concepts like interconnectedness, fertility, and the cycles of life. Each hare typically represents one of these aspects, and when combined, creates a powerful image. The ability to rotate the moon feature adds an interactive element to the pendant, inviting the wearer to engage with its symbolism in a tangible way. Each face is an accurate representation of our moon, showing both light and dark sides.

The hare elements are cast from a hand carved original, whilst the other components of the piece are hand forged from sterling silver sheet and wire, with the moon's surface etched and oxidised to reveal the undulating surface of each rocky side.
